  • Dr. Preeti has over 24 years of professional experience and is an alumnus of IIM-Bangalore. She is a PMP and ACP certified professional from Project Management Institute, USA, President : India - Northern USA Bilateral Business Council WICCI. Dr Preeti is a serial entrepreneur. Prior to founding Monks- Learning Lab she has been the co-founder of Usha Diagnostics, a state of art Medical Imaging center at Mumbai, India. She has varied and rich experience in Learning and Development and is a trainer affiliated with MSME (Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises- Govt of India) & IIM Bangalore.

  • Syed Aafaq Hussain

  • Syed Aafaq Hussain comes from a Project Management Corporate Training and Consulting and Business Analysis background. With over 25 years of experience in the industry with global training delivery, eLearning design, and development, he is equipped with coaching and mentoring junior-level to mid-level to C-Suite professionals.
    He has also expertise in SAP and other ERR, Knowledge Management Product consulting, Implementation and Support. He has also handled Global Digital Transformation Project and setting up PMO and BACOEs.

    He is well-versed in development and delivery in different industries and domains, and has delivered corporate training in Fortune 500 in skill development, building high-performance teams, conflict resolution, leadership, communication, negotiation, Diversity Equity, and Inclusiveness (DEI) for a large group of 300, company-wide training on RACI Matrix, etc.,

    He has trained over 25,000 participants from 100s countries and all cultures with all modes of blended and experiential training. He is a Certified PMP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, and other certifications. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. on “Value of Global Professional Certification, Innovation and Sustainability.
